What is your EXCHANGE POLICY:
As of September 12, 2017, All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or returns.
Gift cards will be accepted until the BJWT Store is closed on or before October 27, 2017. If you have an unused gift card after the online store closes, it will no longer be valid, and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Prices shown on boycottcircus.org are in US Dollars.
For example, a T-Shirt is $25.00 USD. On your billing statement, the charge shown will usually convert to your country's currency if you are not in the USA.

We ship from Camarillo, California, USA
What shipping method do we use?
We use USPS Mail for U.S. & International orders. Special Requests for FedEx and DHL can be made for a premium charge.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart, based on the size of your order, and the country / location you select.
US Shipping starts at $3.95 USD, international shipping starts at $12.95 USD.
How long does it take to receive my order?
USA orders take 2-5 days to arrive, once you receive your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders usually ship within 1-3 business days of your order being placed, unless the item is on back-order.
International orders take anywhere from 7-28 business days to arrive, depending on your country, customs policies, and import regulations.
If it has been more than 21 business days since your order has shipped, please check with your local post office to see if they are holding your package for pick-up/claim.
Although we ship worldwide, international customers should be aware of their country's import taxes.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; BoycottCircus.org has no control over these charges.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it could cause delays.
Tracking on some international orders can be tricky. We use USPS First Class International, which is VERY affordable compared to FedEx and DHL. But, some countries will not scan or update the tracking. The following is a list of the most common countries that do not use USPS Tracking: Mexico, Argentina, Panama, Chile, Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Peru, Albania, Russia, Poland, KZ, UAE, Dubai, India, Indonesia, Korea, China, Philippines and Egypt. In this case, the package will probably take 2-6 weeks to clear customs, and arrive at your local post office for pick-up.
DHL will be the only shipping option to United Arab Emirates, some south america countries, and Eastern European destinations, for the security of your package and guaranteed delivery.
If you want expert tracking on your package, we recommend emailing us after you place your order with your order number to upgrade to DHL or FedEx for an additional fee sent via PayPal.
MEXICO ORDERS: Please visit your local SEPOMEX post office if your package is not delivered in 21 business days.
UNITED KINGDOM ORDERS: If you have received an email that your order has been delivered, and you do not have your package, it most likely has arrived at your local Royal Mail Post Office for pick-up, if the total amount of your order exceeds the international import value, there may be a small fee to claim it.
PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO SEE IF THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR PACKAGE FOR PICK-UP.
Many times, your local post office WILL NOT notify you that they have your package waiting for pick-up.
USPS International Tracking: In August of 2016, USPS No longer offers full tracking on First Class International Packages to International destinations if the tracking number starts with a "U" or "LN".

EXPRESS SHIPPING: If you would like to pay extra for DHL Express or FedEx International shipping (Outside of US only), please contact us with your order number right after you place your order, so we can tell you the extra fee to send Express. Usually, it ranges from $44 USD to $147 USD depending on your location, size & weight of the package. Tracking is extremely accurate and Fast, but, is more expensive than USPS First Class International Service.
DHL: Some orders that weigh over 50 oz in weight will be shipped DHL. We will send you that tracking for DHL if your order qualifies for this service.
Will there be a customs fee at the Post Office?
Some countries have import customs taxes / fees that will need to be paid. If you know the claims allowance in your country, please email us with special instructions on how much to claim on the package to avoid fees.
IMPORTANT: If you reject your package, fail to pick it up from the post office, or refuse to pay customs fees, we are not responsible for your package, or shipping costs back to your destination.
